This site does not require accounts. The calculator runs in your browser and we do not save the values you enter (weight, height, etc.) anywhere — they are processed locally only.

Health information note

The inputs you enter (age, weight, height, GLP-1 status) are sensitive. We deliberately do not transmit them to any server — calculations happen 100% in your browser, and refreshing the page clears them. Nothing about your health is stored or shared by this site.

Cookies and third-party services

Google AdSense — may display ads with cookies. Opt out at google.com/settings/ads.
Google Analytics (if enabled) — anonymous traffic measurement. Opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Cloudflare — content delivery and security; anonymous request metadata.

Your rights

EU/UK/California residents have the right to request data deletion. We do not collect personal data, so there is nothing on our end to delete.
